Over the past year I have worked with a company that is a rather large manufacture that doesn’t believe in CRM. In fact they believe there has never, ever been a successful implementation of a CRM program.

Email Campaigns are step in the right direction but still not making good use. When a campaign is created it is normally about something or an event and is short lived. Suddenly the prospect stops receiving information or the email is too much of a sales pitch and not providing value. Providing value is the key, sell without selling is the ultimate goal. Don’t make a campaign that is really a series of email blasts but keep a consistent email marketing process.
