Pay For Performance

Now we have the marketers, only a few really get paid for performance. I am not talking about the Account Exec that sells creative work. I am talking about a firm or department that launches a campaign and is held accountable. They are paid for the number of leads they get, how many become prospects and how many set meetings. When dealing with a Marketing or Advertising agency make that a condition for pay.
